Molly offers up-level options and modifications to accommodate beginners while challenging seasoned practitioners. You will learn basic yoga moves, alignment, how to deep breath, how to do each pose and what it should feel like. Healing injuries (past and present) is essential to any yoga practice and Molly takes great care to explain poses well so practitioners move safely as they build strength, flexibility and stamina. Classes are Forrest Yoga inspired vinyasa style.
